CMT Chicago Machining Tool is a CNC machine shop specializing in CNC milling and turning. Our milling machines can handle work pieces up to 40" long and 20" wide and tall. Our twin spindle CNC lathe can produce complete part in one setup including cross drilling and milling with work piece diameter up to 6".

CMT is serving variety of markets and industries, materials typically machined are carbon steel, alloy and tool steel, stainless steel and aluminum, brass, copper and plastics. CMT can also assist in design and DFM of current designs, with full CAD capability we can program our machines using any file available or reverse engineer part of either sample or drawing. We have designed and built welding fixtures, checking fixtures, brake press tools, embossing tools and many prototypes for our customers as well as production runs of low to mid quantities parts.
